How often do you voyage on the cruise liners that you sell?
Our frequent visits, especially post-covid, have given us a unique advantage in planning your best experience! Our suppliers gift us incredible cruises to various destinations and ports, so we gain continued education about the best of their products and offerings. As a result, our team will draw up the most incredible selections for you and your family. Then, before you board your cruise, we prepare you with a summarized outline designed to keep you excited and well-prepared!
What if nothing is available online? Can you still get it?
Most frequently, the answer is YES! Cabins sometimes can appear available for our agency that our guests cannot see as available online!
Which method do you follow for payments and deposits?
Your credit or debit card payment is sent directly to our suppliers (Disney, Disney Cruise Line, Universal, Viking River Cruise, Royal Caribbean, Sandals, etc.). Your money never reaches our agency. We are partnered directly with each supplier of travel that we sell, and your card is charged with them, not with us. Additionally, for any Disney Destination (Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Adventures by Disney), you may use Disney Gift Cards!
What is your response time? Can I stay connected after I book with you?
Once you book with us, you will receive our direct contact information. Our response time during the planning process is same-day responses. Once you arrive at your arrival port, we send you a welcome text to provide a direct line of communication for a quick and efficient response. We operate as one team, and all work full-time on your vacation, so you can always reach us at any given moment.
How do you handle discounts after I book a cruise with you?
Before depositing any vacation or cruise, we always look for the best possible offer when booking. Should a discount drop happen after you deposit, some cruise lines allow us to apply a discount, and others do not. However, this does not stop us from tracking and trying!
Do you have a cancelation or change policy?
We do not charge for changes, modifications, or cancelations for vacations. We build close relationships with our guests and are 75% repeat and referral, which means our business stands on a solid foundation of trust. If life happens, we know you will return to us when you are ready to travel again. As for vacation suppliers, Disney, Universal, Sandals, Royal Caribbean, etc., your vacation will be subject to their policies which we go over at the time of booking.
Do you book pre and post-stay accommodations?
YES! Whether U.S.-based or International ports, we have the best recommendations to keep your vacation as seamless as possible. Many of our cruises offer resort packages with their cruises, so you get an all-in-one vacation experience. In addition, we often couple separate land vacations with sails to provide a luxury vacation experience with incredible restaurants, museums, shows, and more. We think of everything to complement your land and sea adventure.
When we book a cruise, is everything included?
During our free consultation process, we will review various cruise line choices, given the time of year you wish to sail and your travel date. We will go over amenities, excursions, and extras and help you think about what to consider when planning your sailing; this includes pricing and other things that may be included, such as food and drink options and childcare with the cruise line you desire. We also offer suggestions on port excursions, transfers, and pre and post-hotel stays.
